Ron advised that the fund raiser showing of the movie Prada 2 at the Dendy Brighton cinema was successful.

In the absence of the guest speaker Linda took the mike and spoke about the value of making donations in kind. In particular she called on the meeting to donate English books, technical and novels, for shipment to two schools in Fiji. She also advised that Helen was going to Samoa and was looking for medical equipment to donate in Samoa.
