Club Community Project for September - Donations of single bed and cot size blankets urgently required for St Kilda Mums. St Kilda Mums always need items for babies and up to primary school age children but even more so during the Covid Pandemic. Please ask your families and friends to check if they have bedding for cots and single beds that can be donated.     All items should be laundered and in near new condition.
Cots blankets and single bed blankets are needed.
St Kilda Mums do not accept doonas, pillows, soft toys or bumpers for cots.
Already, several members have made enquiries about the appeal for single bed and cot size bedding for St Kilda Mum's.
THANK YOU -  AND TO EVERYONE, PLEASE GET IN CONTACT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.
A few things to remember.
No goods can be dropped to St Kilda Mum's in Clayton whilst restrictions at stage 3 or 4 are in place.
Warm bedding for babies to primary school age children are always needed.
Items must be in near new/very good condition.
We are collecting the bedding at Helen Nodrum's home in Bentleigh.
Helen and I will work out how we get things to her place whilst Covid restrictions are in place.  PLEASE JUST CALL US TO WORK OUT A PLAN.
By the end of September, we aim to have enough bedding to support at least ten families.
Call, send a group text, email or talk to a neighbour or family and let them know what your Rotary Club is doing to support St Kilda Mums. Thanks everyone
All items to be taken to Helen Nodrum's home in Bentleigh for sorting and to be made ready for delivery.
