Link to the updated Club Constitution for clubs in Victoria along with a link to a document which marks up the changes made.
The changes made are in accordance with the 2022 Council on Legislation.
My sincere thanks to Rotarian and registered legal practitioner David Whiting who has made this available at no charge to all Rotary clubs in Victoria.
What is required? Each Rotary Club should adopt the new constitution in total. They simply need to add their club Name and locality of operation. No further changes should be made to the constitution. Clubs should also be encouraged to review their ByLaws to ensure they are in harmony.
I also ask that we respect David Whiting’s time and ask clubs to contact your own District Governance Officer with any questions or clarifications in need.
