District International and Community service committees work with clubs to find projects and resources for developing projects and helping to facilitate District and global grants.
- They help leverage Rotarians, Rotaractors and Rotary alumni expertise.
- Help establish connections between clubs and host or international partners
- Create and maintain a district resource network composed of experts in project planning, an area of focus, Rotary grants and connecting members of clubs to these experts for assistance with projects and grants
