Unless you have been otherwise informed, we will be able to provide audio visual support
- Windows Laptop with USB access (A and C)
- Large format smart TV with sound
- Libre Office (Powerpoint, Word etc)
- Remote "clicker" and laser pointer
- It is recommended that if you have built in a video into a powerpoint presentation, as a precaution, copy the same video file onto your USB, in addition to the presentation.
- Simple image display - please ensure image type is compatible with Windows - eg jpeg, png etc Note that Apple format HEIC is not compatible with Windows devices.
- Video files in common formats like avi, mp4 etc
- The laptop also has Internet access so, of course, we can access YouTube.
- If you prefer to bring your own device, we do not have an HDMI connection the TV. We rely on wirelessly casting to the TV. Please ensure your device is capable of this.
